An experienced International Human Resources professional, Bruce is fluent in five languages and has extensive experience supervising all aspects of corporate HR operations in locations as diverse as Australia, Europe, India, South Africa, South America, Mexico, United States, Canada, Caribbean Region and Asia.
Heide Duckert
VP Global HR Operations
In her career of over 20 years, Heide has worked in a variety of roles in operations, sales and management in the translation and IP Services industries. Because of her experience with all aspects of business and growing a company in Germany from the ground up, she has the ability to relate to people in all areas of a company, and to keep focus on growth and development of the business. Heide has a B.A. in Linguistics and speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Latin, and American Sign Language.

Having worked as a senior manager in financial planning and analysis for over 20 years in variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting, Mr. Eads is experienced in financial model design and process improvement to solve complex reporting requirements for all levels of management including cost management, cash forecasting, and workforce planning.
Celso Leite
Managing Director of Crescentia GTS Brasil
Celso Leite has extensive professional experience in senior leadership roles in finance, economic analysis, and business planning, reorganizing and restructuring while working for multinational companies in several industries including media, consumer products, retail and consultancy. He holds a degree in electrical engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
