Jessica Salinas

VP, Global HR Operations

With over 20 years of experience in international markets, Ms. Salinas has expertise in finance, forecasting, sales and business development, corporate reporting, business contracts, compliance and safety. She has a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and is a Customer Service Diplomate of the American Marketing Association.

Nani Teeples

VP, Global HR Operations

An experienced community organizer, educator and cultural ambassador, Ms. Teeples has expertise in project development and event planning operations, including logistics, budgeting, training, coaching, cross-training and communications, scheduling, implementing grants, curriculum development, customer service and community outreach. Ms. Teeples has a BS degree in Sociology and Human Development.

Randall Edwards, JD

Corporate Legal Counsel

With over 35 years of international business legal experience and licensed to practice in the states of Utah, California, Nevada and Arizona, Mr. Edwards has handled numerous complex business negotiations, transactions and employment lawsuits.

David Eads, MBA, CPA

Director of Finance

Having worked as a senior manager in financial planning and analysis for over 20 years in variance analysis, reconciliations and financial reporting, Mr. Eads is experienced in financial model design and process improvement to solve complex reporting requirements for all levels of management including cost management, cash forecasting and workforce planning.

Lionel Alejandro Cueva, MBA

Director, e-Learning Operations

Mr. Cueva has over 20 years of experience working as a CEO, director and manager of IP translation, localization and desktop publishing services, including pioneering best practices for foreign patent filings, and managing teams of linguists, scientists, engineers and legal specialists.

Liliana Panagua

HR Director, LATAM Operations

A Human Resources professional with extensive experience throughout Latin America, Ms. Panagua has expertise supervising personnel in all aspects of HR operations for various international corporations. Ms. Panagua has a degree in Industrial Relations.

Spencer Green, PhD

Recruitment Director, North America Operations

Doctor Green is a professor in the English department at Pennsylvania State University. His specialties include technical writing, business plan development, and content editing. He started with Crescentia as a Lead Technical Recruiter and now is the Director of Recruiting where he is responsible for driving the recruitment and business writing strategies for the North American region.

Arturo Garay Arroyo

Recruitment Director LATAM Operations

Arturo Garay Arroyo has more than 25 years of recruiting experience while working in positions in Personnel Management, Project Management, and Facilities and Maintenance Management in the large mining industry, the food industry, and the entertainment and office facilities management industry. He has a university degree in Industrial Engineering (electronics specialization) and is also a diplomate in Operations and Logistics.

Heide Duckert

HR Director, EMEA & APAC Operations

Heide Duckert has more than 20 years of experience in project management and operations. She has directed many teams in multiple international regions and served as Country Manager for global companies. Ms. Duckert is a multilingual business professional proficient in German and English. She is also conversant in French, Spanish, and American Sign Language. She holds a degree in Linguistics with an emphasis in Computer Science.

With experience in non-profit management, Ms. Decaster has expertise in leading transformational change, monitoring and evaluation, internal consulting and capacity building, program design and implementation, leading volunteers, coordinating community outreach, creating partnerships, and writing grants, proposals, and business plans.
