Refund and Returns Policy

No Return, No Refund

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the service you received. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will have 24 hours to contact us by email for a change request. Once your request is received, it will take up to ten (10) business days to work with you to obtain up to two (2) additional drafts of your resume, C.V. or LinkedIn profile. Returns or store credit are not possible.

Cancellation/Postponement

If you need to cancel a request to create a resume, C.V. or LinkedIn page, you need to contact us within 24 hours to receive store credit for the document you originally requested. Exchanges or usage of store credit on another document is not permitted. Store credit are good for up to three (3) months from the initial date of purchase. After this time, the store credit will be void. The customer needs to make a new payment if he or she wants the creation or editing of a resume, C.V. or LinkedIn page to restart. If you need to postpone editing or creation of a resume, C.V. or LinkedIn page, you need to contact us immediately. We will postpone work on your document for up to ten (10) business days. Once this period of time has elapsed, the cancellation policy will be applicable.

Payment Information

Once paid, payment for the resumes, C.V.s, or LinkedIn Profiles are non-refundable. If a customer desires to change the requested item to a different document, a separate payment must be made for the new document as exchanges of documents are not possible either.

The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in U.S. funds at the then applicable foreign currency exchange rate, if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than US$. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc.
